The EMV Migration forum announced today an addendum to their technical framework which covered the guidelines for Debit EMV. The addendum now encompasses contactless debit for mobile devices and dual interface cards.
This is a must read for those debit issuers contemplating how to ensure that planned mobile and dual interface payments will come into compliance with the Durbin Amendment requirement for two unaffiliated network options.
